Mentorship Program Overview
   My mentorship program is a comprehensive approach to health, nutrition, fitness, appearance, and overall well-being. It emphasizes mindfulness, meditation, and a balanced, methodical way of living. Each program includes a one-hour Zoom session followed by a personalized email summary outlining our discussion and the customized plan for the week.
   The initial commitment is three months, with the option to continue month-to-month. A six-month timeframe is strongly recommended to experience lasting results and integrate these practices into your daily life—creating a sustainable sense of balance across all areas of wellness

   As a resource coach, I’ve gathered valuable knowledge and practical tools over the years that have greatly enhanced my own well-being and transformed my life. I now use that experience to help others identify and utilize resources that support
meaningful personal growth and independence.
   This coaching can be tailored for a variety of situations, offering direction and structured support to anyone seeking to improve their life and create positive, lasting
change.
   Through this process, I help clients access and organize resources that strengthen their mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, and financial well-being. Together, we build clear plans and healthy boundaries that encourage forward movement, balance, and long-term success
